The return costs are your responsibility, but if you choose a credit note they will be refunded in the credit note.

Insert in your package the nature of the desired exchange: credit note, refund (if you return it within 14 days only), exchange and IMPERATIVELY your order reference as well as your full contact details.

You must return your items with Colissimo tracking, in case of loss of the package this number will be requested, and you will still be able to benefit from the refund.

Items that are worn, unlabeled, damaged, or that are not in their original condition will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The packages will be sent directly to you. Your customer account will then be permanently deactivated.
